Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information irtcarpentry.com collects and how IRT Carpentry uses it. We keep it short because the site collects very little.

What we collect

When you send the consultation form

The form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, and a description of your project. When you press send, those details are sent to our studio so we can reply. We use them only to respond to your enquiry and, if you hire us, to carry out the project.

To limit spam, the form handler briefly records a one-way hash of your IP address with the time of your submission. These records are discarded after ten minutes and cannot be used to identify you.

When you browse

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies. It stores a single setting in your browser’s session storage so the opening animation plays only once per visit; it is deleted when you close the tab. Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Third-party services

• Vimeo. The homepage film is hosted on Vimeo. Nothing is loaded from Vimeo until you press play. Once you do, Vimeo’s privacy policy applies to that video. We request it with Vimeo’s “do not track” setting.
• Instagram and Facebook. Links to our profiles open those sites, which have their own privacy policies.

Fonts and images are served from our own website, not from third-party servers.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only when the law requires it.
